I started 'proper' wargaming about 1980 and WRG were pretty much state of the art (http://www.wargamesresearchgroup.net/WRG.net/History/wrg.html), with Newbury Rules as their main rival.

Many folk were still gaming in the 1960s styles of Don Feathersto...

I have played a few games with the basic box. But that is more then six months ago now.

I started wargaming in 1966, aged 11. A school friend kept going on about 'Carthaginians' & how wonderful they were.
Really just to annoy him, I did some research (my first ever) at Coventry central library (no internet then). I found out
that the 'w...

If so I'm looking forward to seeing them.

I think I started wargaming in the 70s, but might have been the very early 80s.

It was all WWII with airfix, esci and matchbox figures. Generally the infantry weren't painted, although vehicles sometimes where, though lots of them came in pretty much ...

Re: Conversion from Paint Colours to Printers CMYK colours

It might be worth, painting squares of the colours on white paper / card. And sending this to the designer to scan.

I suppose it depends on if you want accurate colour matches (taking into account all the good info given above), or want something more...

Is a Kickstarter for 6mm fantasy viable?

By one of the bigger names, microworld or baccus for example, to expand the ranges.

From what I've read, microworld depends on sales of current products to fund new products. This even when he has a pipeline of models that he wants to make a mile long....
