I'd heartily recommend the Leagues. The basic rules (the actual book or the free PDF) provide all the mechanics, but I feel it's the Leagues book which really gives the game flavour. My Leagues book is the one that's fallen apart from the amount of all...

I purchased this and had a very quick look. It seems very nice at first glance. The camera movement is a bit weird but I am sure it is just a case of getting used to it.

The Perry English Agincourt box set has some information about the English included in a leaflet in the box. I think its the same info that can be found in Ian Heaths (Wargames Research Group) book on the medieval armies of the period.
